At Bar 1888, you’ll enjoy a cocktail centric menu that celebrates the marriage of locally sourced ingredients and globally influenced beverage culture, plus the intersection between classic and modern. Half of Bar 1888’s offerings are “individually inspired”— designed to pair seamlessly with the unique culture and cuisine offered by each of the food hall’s chefs, while the other half are “remixed classics”— modern spins on tried and true staples from the late 1880s to the present day.

Flowing from Bar 1888’s taps are six rotating beer offerings from Pennsylvania microbreweries and six draft wines — four from small artisanal producers from around the world and two sourced from standout wineries from Pennsylvania.
